I love how many different things there is to do. The sauna, the pool, the hot tub. I also appreciate how many pieces of equipment there is. The people are always so kind.
The fantastic staff and vibe of the facility. I totally understand that the club continues to be under renovation, but appreciate the willingness to open it up earlier. I am excited to watch the continued progress!
Water aerobics classes & Zumba. Nice large lockers & friendly staff.
The Westroads Gym is very old and the exercise classes in the racketball courts is bad.
The rest of the clubs are fine.

A very friendly atmosphere with great instructors and fitness programs!
The layout of the floor seems to waste a lot of space. There is a lot of equipment that is not used and could be better utilized for small group training, sled pulls and walk space for wall balls
It brings results. Much encouragement for results, they do everything but the work for you to get those results.

Still lingering frustration from the move to Fort Collins Club
A few days ago I brought a guest and he was treated in an undesirable way for anyone who was insulted and the person who attended him disrespected him and made him feel very bad so much that they were about to hit the blows ... I am ashamed the person who works in the gym ..
Personal Trainers; continued emphasis on cleanliness and disinfecting. Accessibility of supplies for personal disinfecting
Wish we would encourage masks more than we do right now.
Every other Genesis is updated and has newer equipment except the independence location

Have staff sincerely greet members as they arrive & when they leave. Personal attention matters.

Great equipment, clean, and staff are friendly - however absolutely no adherence to COVID-19 Protocols, which is disappointing.

I love genesis! I enjoy the classes and the staff are a delight!
All paper towel dispensers were empty, therefore making people unable to clean any equipment:( then it took a member to tell them and he changed it for them, which seemed very inappropriate.

The remodel is very nice. We appreciate it.
The only thing I would comment on, and maybe it is still coming, is the parking lots could use some new paving or an asphalt top coat. They are getting pretty beat up.
A few of my favorite machines from Hickman were missing.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you know how to work out effectively and safely.
The club is always well taken care of and very clean. I really like the towel service the best, it makes it much easier to work out in the AM and then go to work directly from the club.
