This doesn’t need improvement, I just wanted to say I’m excited about the new class schedule!
In the old southwest Topeka facility there was a water bottle filler. That would be nice to have again to not tie up the water fountain (and more sanitary since it’s no-touch).
I really wish you would extend the sidewalk at the southwest facility clear to the parking lot. That 10 feet of mud & weeds between the end of the sidewalk and the parking lot is aggravating in all seasons.
For the upcoming summer: can we please connect the outdoor pool to the indoor facility?? It’s frustrating after my workout to change into my suit, then literally have to drive around the building and re-park at the other entrance to access the pool. And then to not have easy access to the nicer indoor (kid-free) gym showers and dressing room after my swim, either. There’s got to be a better way!
Are there adult-only times at the pool? (There might already be, I don’t know). It would be nice to lap-swim without so many kiddos in the pool.
Also I think the original remodel plans included an indoor pool—what’s the timeline for that?

The community. We have been at this gym for several years now and love the families, staff and community. It feels like home with very little drama. Ms. Mary does an amazing job of staffing the nursery with people who love kids. You can tell and it makes all the difference in the world to our children and our comfort level with being at the gym daily.
The locker rooms carpet needs replaced it stinks really bad.
I love Connor, your front desk guy. He knows my name, always has a smile and encouraging words. I love your spin teachers, especially Lisa Garrett, Kiley, and Amber Benda. I also really like the group fitness manager, Janon. Impossible to be in a bad mood around her!!!
I don't like what happened to Michelle who taught Pilates. You should have upheld the classes her student had purchased even without her membership. You can't do that kind of thing here in Fort Collins. That story is going to circulate and it's going to keep people from signing up. It just happened last month and I already have one friend that joined Raintree instead of Genesis because of it.
Variety of choices.
Ever since Genesis took over, the clientele has changed for the worse, the place is not kept as clean-dirty towels laying everywhere upstairs, no one wipes down the weights upstairs, and never enough clean towels readily available. Has been overrun with patrons. Cannot get a swim lane. Hot tub in the men’s room is not well kept up. Locker and shower rooms gross
Well-run location. Appreciate that the ceiling fans are back on; there is at least one that is inop (above the stair climber machines).
The spin class was better in the room where it was previously (where the personal training sessions are now held).
Friendly staff. I’m always greeted when I walk in. Clean facility. State of the art equipment.
Seems not clean. Patrons camp out in machines. Lobby looks tacky.

I submitted feedback 3 months ago and the changes were implemented. Equipment that was out of order for months was fixed. I appreciate businesses being proactive and improving the customer experience.
Water aerobics
I DID RECCOMEND A FRIEND AND SHE JOINED. I GAVE A SALES REP HER NAME AND NEVER GOT CREDIT FOR HER JOINING. I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND HE SUGGESTED THAT I GO ONLINE AND THAT WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. I'VE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO FIGURE IT OUT AND HAVEN.T HAD ANY LUCK. SO UNTIL I GET CREDIT FROM THE PREVIOUS REFERRAL, I HAVE NO INCENTIVE TO TELL OTHERS AND I HAVEN'T PURSUED THIS ROUTE WHEN HEARING OF OTHERS WHO ARE LOOKING. REFERRALS ARE THE LIFE BLOOD OF MOST ANY BUSINESS.

staff/Instructors are friendly. I like the group classes but I'd like to see another Barre class added.
Y’all are fine. Your success means that it gets crowded sometimes, which makes for a less satisfying workout, but that’s a signal of success.
