The gym needs work and is dated- locker rooms are in bad shape. Needs to be updated to be competitive with similar priced gyms.
Access to the swimming pool.

Everyone has been really nice and I like that I can not only workout with my trainer but also play tennis.
I love the classes and the atmosphere and the child care but I wish the child care had more hours, and that the outdoor pool including baby pool was fully operational this summer
Still waiting for all group classes to come back. The gym at ridge view is always dirty. Tiles missing all over the place in the steam room. Benches broke sauna. Always to much shock/chemical in the hot tube.
What I like about the club is that there are multi locations to choose from in the KC area and beyond to choose from. I also like how the establishment is committed to upgrading all facilities to modern, state of the art equipment and facilities to accommodate its members. Thank you too for providing lap-pools for those who train for triathlons and zero impact training.
Fix the locker.
To many locker are locked in the open position so you can't use them.
I have seen this go all week.
Send someone in every morning to reset the locks.

Plus look for overnight locked lockers. I have seen people lock lockers so no one can use them. With nothing in them.
Aksarben has the most friendly and helpful staff of all the club locations! It is also in a great location to sneak in a workout in before being social. Workout and then Ponsu yes please!
A little more supervision on the weight floor to ensure adherence to posted rules. There is nearly always someone without shoes on or people throwing down large weights.
I understand that the place is under construction. At times it has been very dusty to where there is a lot of sheet rock dust in the air while you’re working out. The overall feeling inside is that everyone is putting up because we realize that it will be a better facility when it’s completed. But it’s very dirty at times and cold inside because of construction workers walking in and out.
More cleaning. Hot tubs especially, sides of pool. Cleaning hair from shower drains. Otherwise, I can't think of much else.
Fix the Sauna, get load levers for deadlifts
Great staff but the facility is outdated
Since skyy turned to genesis I’ve had my locker broken into twice. The equipment isn’t as clean either, even with Covid happening.
Steam room (mens) seems to be down a lot. Hot tub hasn’t been warm lately.
Can’t see where to park-needs lines repainted.
The “warm” water pool has not been very warm for about 4 weeks. I usually attend water fitness class 2 times a week, but am unable to enjoy and stay the whole class when I have goose bumps. I realize the room air is colder this time of year, and the surface water temp must reflect that fact. I thought the pool heater got fixed last week? If it did, it was not an effective correction. ☹️🥶
I really love how clean the south Tulsa location is. It has always been a clean fitness club and that is something I truly value. I enjoy so many of the group fitness classes. The teachers are encouraging, energetic and make me feel thankful I am a part of their classes.

The decor and employees are nice; a very large work-out area with more than sufficient machines that are in good shape; indoor pool is nice with a large nice whirl pool and usually one or more lanes..
I’m really surprised you don’t ask what you don’t like about our club. That’s the most important part of a customer satisfaction survey. I have several concerns I think management should follow-up on.

2 hour parking limit. More hand sanitizer on gym floor. Fix the sauna. Extend weekend hours
Cleanliness has gone down. It seems apparent by things like the dripping/collapsed ceiling at the front entrance and the broken water spout in the steam room that the newest ownership is not concerned with regular maintenance and improvement.
Lots of equipment, lots of space, friendly staff. Clean facility
It's not overcrowded. People are friendly, and the facilities, although old, are appealing. I just wish that it would cost less per month!
I UNDERSTAND THAT IS EXTEMELY TOUGH TO GET REMODELING DONE RIGHT NOW AND WHY IT HAS TAKEN SO LONG. HOWEVER AT THIS POINT I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT GETTING THE RETROOMS UP AND RUNNING WOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST THING DONE. GOING OUTSIDE IN 3 DEGREE TEMPERATURE TO USE THE RESTROOM IS AT BEST UNCOMFORTABLE.

Not quite sure why, if the city has a mask mandate, there are so many people in the gyms not wearing masks.
The handling of the Racquet Club remodel could and should have been handled so differently. I continued to go to certain classes but the environment was totally BAD. The instructors were so supportive of the Club which they should be praised for their support.
