What do you like about our workout?

I have been working out at orangetheory since 2014 and I think I have been there this long because to me the workouts never get boring and the coaches are awesome at keeping you motivated.

I actually enjoy working out! I couldn’t have imagined that more than 2 years ago The heart rate monitor is great to visually show me my efforts throughout the work out. And I love the direction given by the coaches on the workout template. No thought by me is needed, but I can still make the class my own. It’s become a life sustaining addiction at age 48!

OTF for me is just good for the soul! I suffer from anxiety and have for years - the only thing that helps calm my nerves is OTF! The coaches & staff are phenomenal & I am so thankful for everyone I have met a long the way. OTF is truly family!

What do you like about our workout?

Tailored for great all round experience,. there's something for everyone, great helpful coaches!! Awesome place for anyone at any level in the need to up fitness bar. Love the balanced routines, and pleasant surprises of how often you are pushing yourself without knowing you had it in you!!!

EVERYTHING!!! I legitimately enjoyed every second of the workout. It reminded me of personal training sessions but faster paced with bomb music. I feel like I finally found the PERFECT workout!

I absolute love Orangetheory! I just started going last week and I'm addicted. I love how the workouts ae full body and how motivating the coaches are. Its a great way to start my day and I am so happy I joined!

What do you like about our workout?

When I first came into Orange Theory, I had health goals that I needed assistance in reaching. I am a diabetic, with high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. After several months of attending classes three times a week and modifying my diet, I lost about 15 lbs, dropped body fat, added muscle and increased my stamina. As a result, all of numbers that indicate health, blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol, are all in healthy ranges. I know that the routine and discipline of Orange Theory has allowed me to reach and maintain those goals I set for myself. Now I am looking to accomplish more fitness goals, get stronger and run longer distances.
