I actually enjoy working out! I couldn’t have imagined that more than 2 years ago The heart rate monitor is great to visually show me my efforts throughout the work out. And I love the direction given by the coaches on the workout template. No thought by me is needed, but I can still make the class my own. It’s become a life sustaining addiction at age 48!

When I first came into Orange Theory, I had health goals that I needed assistance in reaching. I am a diabetic, with high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. After several months of attending classes three times a week and modifying my diet, I lost about 15 lbs, dropped body fat, added muscle and increased my stamina. As a result, all of numbers that indicate health, blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol, are all in healthy ranges. I know that the routine and discipline of Orange Theory has allowed me to reach and maintain those goals I set for myself. Now I am looking to accomplish more fitness goals, get stronger and run longer distances.

I have been working out at orangetheory since 2014 and I think I have been there this long because to me the workouts never get boring and the coaches are awesome at keeping you motivated.
