I love the entire Orangetheory Fitness experience! The coaches are great, and offer options if needed for physical limitations. The workouts are challenging, but doable for any fitness level. The atmosphere is amazing! Warning though--it is HIGHLY addictive.
Love that its a coach led class for all levels of fitness. Coach Vanessa, Coach Gabby and Coach Cam have great energy and seem to really want you to succeed and improve. Highly recommend this workout.

I get a full hour workout in with a combination of cardio and weights and I can keep and eye on my heart rate at all times which helps me to see improvements of my hearts performance over time.
1. Different templates makes workout interesting and motivating.
2. Suggestion to play diverse playlist given members include from different background. I would love to suggest Indian playlist if want
3. Some coaches talk more with certain members always wish it is consistent
What don’t I like about OTF is the question. I absolutely love everything about it. It’s the first workout I’ve been able to commit to. You feel your best, it’s fun, the music is awesome, and best of all you’re surrounded by the greatest, most motivating coaches, and teammates. It’s truly that one hour a day for “me” and I never regret going.
It’s well rounded, is always new, I love the immediate feedback, it’s like having a dashboard to drive your body and afterwards all the data.
That it can work for everyone.
The OTTW coaches truly make the work out! I am very thankful to have these individuals day in and day out.

Best coaches around. So friendly and supportive and make the classes fun.
Love the vibe and atmosphere. I can just go into class, focus and know there is a great workout waiting for me if I choose to work hard. And on those days I may not want to “bring it” the AWESOME coaches are there to motivate. Best of all, the coaches really take the time to get to know everyone. So they can tell if you need to be told you’re doing strong work or if you need to be told you can be better. Either way, gets me back on track for my time in studio!

I love the coaches, the variance of workout, and the stickers!
You can personalize it - if you want to go hard one day you can or if you want a more “relaxed” day you can also do that while still getting a good workout
