I like the variety of the workouts. You get cardio and strength fitness all rolled up into your one hour workout. I also enjoy the 45 minute strictly weight lifting sessions that Orangetheory offers. In all, Orangetheory provides a workout that never gets boring and that is why I've been working out weekly at Orangetheory since 2014!
Love that the workout is mapped out for me. I like the smaller class size and that I know I have a spot when I sign up. And the cancellation policy holds me accountable.
The challenge, the competition, and the constant change
Love the group concept and the variety of the workouts. I am much more motivated working out at OTF vs other gyms.

Each class is different
I love that it is cardio and weight bearing! And I love that, although I do have plantar fasciitis right now, I can still come and use a bike!
I love the variety. I do exercises that I normally would not have the motivation to do myself.
There are so many fantastic elements to an Orange Theory work out! It starts with the quality of the actual workout. The coaches will work you through a few ‘ blocks ‘ that will give you a very well rounded work out. ( blocks divide the work out ) so you’ll have a tread work out - always challenging and offers lots of ways to achieve what works for you! Some people power walk , some run and some will do a combination. You choose what works! You work through heart rate zones all while being monitored. It also gives you a boost to compete with yourself .
There are weight trying and body training blocks . These are so good for balance and strength. Plus the added toning you’ll get! There also is time on a rower. This allows you to work muscle and heart at same time .
The west side Orange Theory will soon make you feel like a group of friends before you know it! That makes it fun to work out. The front desk is always a happy, and offer a smile to greet you and answer questions. Happy to see you and see your accomplishments!
The coaches are phenomenal! They know how to push you just the right amount to make you feel your best . They are clear about what to expect and are always willing to help modify anything you need help with. They offer a very fun, upbeat workout with great music . They are always happy to see you grow and encourage you to do your best .
So - if you are looking for a well rounded full body work out ( at ANY fitness level ) accountability and an upbeat hour this is for you !!
Good structure, fast and efficient
Intensity, great attitudes/motivation from coaches, diverse workouts every time.
The classes are great but honestly many places offer classes. The coaches and staff are outstanding. Have a question they’ll answer it. If one of them is in class they’ll help if you ask. Always smiling and energetic. Try a class for free to see what it’s like. It’s only gas you’re using, the return on it is great.

I am at the end of my first week. Very intense workout - yet I can pace myself as I watch my stats on the board. The coaches are accessible and help to make recommendations and adjustments real time. The environment is highly motivational and energizing.
Always a challenge to be taken whether it’s a challenge I take on, on my own or the workout!
