I enjoy the dynamic nature of Orange Theory workouts, as well as the fact that the classes can be taken regardless of fitness level (an example of this would be modifications to accommodate my pregnancy). The instructors are very informed and friendly.

I haven't worked out yet, I just signed back up from YEARS ago! I have always loved the support and friendliness of everyone at OT. Now that I no longer have childcare expenses, I am free to do more for myself and this was the first thing I did for myself!
I do jiu jitsu and it's nice to workout and turn your mind off. I like a mix of following your body and being coached. It's a great mix.
Having a structured workout where I can just show up and have a coach guide me through it. My favorite part of OTF is truly the coaches and having a community of people to work out with where I don’t feel judged and just feel supported.
I enjoy the workouts, which vary daily. They are challenging, and I see results. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk staff is amazing. It's remarkable to see so many nice people in one place. It is a very welcoming environment.

The support I get
Coaches and staff ! In the location where I workout coaches are very concerned and motivating. They always check on me whether I am doing okay and correct me if I am doing anything wrong with posture. Also they encourage you when you’re doing good. OTF workout has been quite an addictive thing for me in my day to day tasks. For me the writings on the wall are a big motivation when I feel like I am getting tired. Staff and coaches note down or keep in mind lot of things about each individual, which makes us feel special. ‘Your power is in your push’. ‘Want more, do more, be more’. ‘Be relentless’.
It's a very efficient workout, getting in cardio, lifting, and rowing all into an hour!

I’ve been at OTF member for over 6 years and still attend 3-4 times a week. For me, it’s just part of my regular routine. The workouts are varied and never boring. I love not having to think about or plan my workout- it’s the only place I love being told what to do! The coaches know when I need a push and when to let me take it easy. And I’ve come to know so many great people too.

Motivational, fun, community
I like the variety and heart rate based model. As a PT, it’s also really nice for me to come into class and enjoy rather than coming up with my own programming. I trust that I’m getting a holistic approach and focusing on both resistance and endurance training.
I liked the staff very much. I'm new to Orange Theory and I was very impressed with concern for safety and cleanliness.
I also like the ease of scheduling appointments that work best for me.
The equipment is excellent and I'm learning how to use them to enhance my workout.

I love the Third Ward studio! The Coaches are very fun and I love the studio itself (I've been to a few others - and this one is by far my favorite!).
