I love going in for an hour and pushing myself more than I would on my own. Our coaches are fantastic, the tread, rower, and weights are the best quality, and I appreciate that there are always accommodations to ensure I can get a full workout in.
I like how this workout program gives me data in the moment to inform my practice. Learning about my heart rate has been a game changer to get more out of the time I spend working out.
It offers a high impact intense training that is coached. You find yourself working harder than you would if you were on your own in a gym. The environment is welcoming and encouraging. Classmates push you to do your best, as do the coaches.
Variety and intensity
It’s a super motivating workout. I love the trainer led format of the class.

I love the coaches and the varied workout schedule that I don't have to create myself.
I love the group dynamic of Orange Theory workouts and the fact there is a coach pushing you along the way. I would never be able to complete workouts like this without that factor. You can work at your own pace, but they still push you to do your best. If it weren't for Orange Theory, I would not have as good of a workout regiment and would probably skip most days.
The coaches are outstanding! Liv, Sarah, Lo, Kai and Michelle are great coaches. Love the music and how they keep us energized during our workouts.

It’s an amazing balance of cardio and strength training with a push above what you’d ever do on your own.
Everything! It is always a great challenge and I'm pushed to perform at my best. The atmosphere is great and the coaches are phenomenal.
The variety, the coaches, the atmosphere, the music... Lots of classes.
Each day is different and the coaches are all so motivating! The hour goes by very quickly and you are encouraged to push yourself as you know you can. But it’s your workout and there is no bad feelings at all if you are having one of those days.
The coaching is the best! You make up the workout, I just need to show up and listen to the coach to get a great workout!
I'm thankful for the feedback I receive about how to lift weights and make the most out of my time at OT. I don't have much experience doing this kind of work out, so I need all the help I can get.
