The coaches are amazing! They truly care about each member and they push you to be your best. The variety in the workouts, music, and structure keeps everything fresh and interesting.
The only complaint I have is the late cancellation. I think if you are a unlimited member it should be cheaper or at least have a few free cancelations added. Life happens.
The music is great, the new remodel is awesome, coaches rock, and the front desk staff are always friendly.

I love the sense of community in the studio. The days that I don't feel motivated to workout, I go anyway because of the social connections.
The coaches are also a huge factor. I need the push. I would be very complacent in my workouts without it, and would not have seen the growth I've seen over the last several months.

The variety. I never get bored and there's always ways to make the workout more or less challenging depending on your abilities and goals.
I have been a member of OTF since 2017. I love it because every work out is different and I can work at my own pace. The coaches are great and have helped me to modify exercises when needed due to a knee injury that has left me with chronic pain. They encourage without pushing me to the point I feel bad if I can’t get up speed. It’s a great workout that pushes me more than I could ever do by myself.
