There is a lot to like about OTF-Shorewood! Staff is always friendly, workouts are great, and I always seem to be able to sign up for the class times I want. All of the coaches have been great so far (personal shoutout to Kristen though- love the way she runs her classes and her coaching style) and I always leave the workout feeling good. Tired, but good. I genuinely don't have any negative feedback or experiences I can recall, so definitely a 10/10 experience!
The coaches are great. They keep me coming back. They are encouraging and helpful. You can tell they care.
I love the instructors and the energy they bring. I also love that someone else plans the workouts. I don’t have to worry about over training or under training a specific body part.

It’s a very competitive workout. Seeing yourself on the screen makes you want to push yourself harder to keep up with everyone . Love the trainers , they all have a different style and are so effective. Great place to workout 🏋️♀️
The variety of the workout and the coaching staff's experience/abilities always make for a challenging work out that never lets me get bored.

Variety, support from coaches
It is guided HIIT training. I don’t have to spend time to research and create a workout plan. It helps me with accountability to not forgo a workout in place of other things in my to-do list.

I recently had my three-year anniversary (burniversary) with Orange Theory, and I love it even more today than I did when I started!! Our amazing coaches motivate me when I'm not motivated, make me feel strong and capable when I doubt myself, and make every class fun and upbeat, even though we're all working our patooties off! Our studio is fabulous, always clean and well-stocked, the music rockin', and our staff and coaches simply wonderful people!! If I had to attempt to find anything at all to improve....I suppose it would be that we MISS having Coach Ryan on Thursday and Friday mornings, but we're happy to still have him on Thursdays and Saturdays!! Oh, and if we could get touch screens on the rowers as well, that would rock. LOVE OT!!
Never a dull moment as work outs change daily and challenge you to push a little more. I love the enthusiasm of the coaches who really do pay attention to each person as they cheer you on when you are feeling strong and send out a word of encouragement when they see you are struggling. Everyone supports each other and that’s pretty awesome too!
I like that every day it's something completely different. Keeps the mind and body challenged.

The variety. The types of strengthening exercises really maximize core and smaller stabilizing muscles. I love having someone tell me what to do - I would never work this hard on my own.
