Professional, positive and engaging coach, good exercises, and a front desk staff that is welcoming and professional.
I like the fast pace and different workouts each day. Coaches are helpful to make moderations if you are having difficulties with an exercise. All the coaches and desk staff are friendly and helpful.
My first trial class was awesome. The staff explained everything, and I felt very included. I loved the variety and the intensity of the workout. I appreciate having all the floor exercises on the monitors. This is just what I was looking for!
Great mix of cardio and strength. Changes up my own workout routine that i tend to get stuck in. Love the instructors, super motivating!

The coaches :). The more recent set of workouts this summer where we're focusing on strength / endurance are fun (eg, threads, to the rower, back to the threads etc.). That has helped get past a plateau where I now have higher splats / calories burned. I like the coaching on technique and stretching - it's a long road.

I tell everyone I know about how great OT Shorewood is. It's a great environment with caring coaches and good people. The workouts are challenging but you can modify things to meet your own needs. I feel Kristin is extremely attentive to every person on the floor even when it's a large group and she is extremely knowledgeable and has great cues to keep everyone safe and working effectively.

I like having the coach and the variety of workouts. I have been a member at several facilities over the years and this is the first one I have actually stuck with and really worked out. Have seen great results in my weight loss, body fat loss and also building muscle. I love it! I has become a good addiction--Thank you Orange Theory Staff for all you and making working out fun.
The coaches are awesome. They provide lots of helpful encouragement, they are attentive, and they correct form when needed. I feel like they genuinely care about helping people make progress towards their health goals. Every workout feels like a good amount of work. I look forward to the classes, and they are one of the highlights of my day. The workouts have helped me make make many positive improvements to my health. Backed by data, I can see the improvements tracked over time.
