It always keeps you moving and increases strength endurance and agility!!! The coaches are amazing hard working caring and extremely knowledgeable! They are there for you and are paying attention and they correct your form, unlike other gyms I have been too where I notice coaches do not intervene even if a member could potentially injure themselves from incorrect form. I appreciate how organized they are and how they teach new members everything step by step. Its a positive environment and the pulse of the gym is exciting and high energy and always motivating, I never leave the gym crabby lol it always makes me so happy!!!

The classes are always different and the coaches are friendly, they also challenge and motivate me. The front desk staff are all friendly and very helpful too.
it is always different and always a challenge. I don't like working out but the workouts are fast-paced and I'm more distracted that I am working out since we are usually changing things up by the time I am dying (except on endurance days lol).

I love that it's something different every time and I don't have to think about my workout. I just show up and do what I'm told. I feel great afterwards. Kristin is an amazing coach and her playlists are super motivating.
I love orange theory because the short term goals keep me motivated and excited ! The music is also fantastic. I love that overall the vibes are so chill and positive. It’s the best workout experience I’ve ever tried and I’ve gotten so much stronger since starting. Highly recommend!
The constant changing of the workout, the mix of cardio and strength, and its always great to have some core mixed in as well!
