Overall workouts were great! The coach was cheerful yet balanced, and I loved the space. Definitely very open and spacious making transitions and floor work easy, which is great since some studios can be a bit crammed.

The workout is designed to push me to my limits and maximize my calorie burn by incorporating treadmill intervals and weightlifting exercises. The heart rate monitoring system at OrangeTheory is another aspect that I love. With the help of the monitors, I can track my heart rate and see my efforts displayed on the screen in real-time. Seeing my heart rate zones and knowing I'm pushing myself to reach my best is incredibly motivating. The coaches also use this data to provide personalized feedback and keep me accountable, which is beneficial.

I joined just about 3 months ago, and it was the best thing I could’ve done for myself. I had been working out consistently on my own, but I needed a change of pace, and something to motivate me to keep getting to the gym. OTF is exactly that! I’ve met some awesome people, and it’s truly my favorite hour of my day.

If you are looking for a full body workout this is your place ! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by friendly front desk to the end of your work out. You are in good hands ! The trainers are awesome. They are fun, encouraging and always willing to help you be your best . They know how to make sure you are safe during work out . They are able to modify accordingly. They also know how to gently push you to become stronger and healthy. The work out has fun music and moves through the hour quickly.
