Overall workouts were great! The coach was cheerful yet balanced, and I loved the space. Definitely very open and spacious making transitions and floor work easy, which is great since some studios can be a bit crammed.

What do you like about our workout?

As an OrangeTheory fitness enthusiast, there are so many things that I love about the workout! First and foremost, I adore the high-energy atmosphere in every class. The moment I step into the studio, I'm greeted by motivating coaches and a vibrant community of like-minded individuals who are there to challenge themselves and achieve their fitness goals.

One thing that sets OrangeTheory apart is its unique cardio and strength training blend. The workout is designed to push me to my limits and maximize my calorie burn by incorporating treadmill intervals and weightlifting exercises. I appreciate the constantly changing activities, keeping things fresh and preventing boredom. Each day brings a new challenge, ensuring that my body always gets comfortable and continues to progress.

The heart rate monitoring system at OrangeTheory is another aspect that I love. With the help of the monitors, I can track my heart rate and see my efforts displayed on the screen in real-time. Seeing my heart rate zones and knowing I'm pushing myself to reach my best is incredibly motivating. The coaches also use this data to provide personalized feedback and keep me accountable, which is beneficial.

Moreover, the supportive and inclusive environment the coaches and fellow members created is remarkable. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always ready to provide modifications or alternative exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and physical limitations. The camaraderie among the members is inspiring, and we all cheer each other on during the workouts, creating a strong sense of community.

Finally, I can always remember to mention the fantastic results I've seen since joining OrangeTheory. The combination of intense cardio, strength training, and the emphasis on pushing myself beyond my limits has helped me significantly improve my overall fitness, endurance, and strength. I've noticed positive changes in my body composition, increased energy levels throughout the day, and a boost in my overall confidence.

In conclusion, what I genuinely love about OrangeTheory is the energetic and inclusive environment, the challenging yet fun workouts, the personalized feedback from the coaches, and the incredible results it delivers. It's a workout that keeps me engaged, motivated, and always returning for more. OrangeTheory has become an integral part of my fitness journey, and I can't imagine my life without it!

I joined just about 3 months ago, and it was the best thing I could’ve done for myself. I had been working out consistently on my own, but I needed a change of pace, and something to motivate me to keep getting to the gym. OTF is exactly that! I’ve met some awesome people, and it’s truly my favorite hour of my day.

The coaches, music, and variety of workouts! Also, the heart rate info, splats, and overall stats chart, REALLY motivates me! I had been sick and left OTF for over a year and really missed the routine. I am back for good!

If you are looking for a full body workout this is your place ! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by friendly front desk to the end of your work out. You are in good hands ! The trainers are awesome. They are fun, encouraging and always willing to help you be your best . They know how to make sure you are safe during work out . They are able to modify accordingly. They also know how to gently push you to become stronger and healthy. The work out has fun music and moves through the hour quickly.
