All I was expecting is to work out a little more on my own but doesn’t seem a choice because there are always classes going on. After one class I’d like to do some exercises for an hour by myself. Otherwise it’s all good.
High turnover of staff
Its a great full body workout that is focused on pushing you but working from your own fitness level and abilities!

I like that the coaches visit with the clients. I also like that music is played to keep us going!
It is a well rounded workout that includes weights and cardio in a HIIT format. Low pressure, but you are able to see your level of intensity on the screen. Plus, the coaches are always helpful and motivating without being pushy.

I really like how varied the work out is and how it’s never the same thing twice. I also love that I get to choose where I want to start my workout based my my person preferences.

Cameron was an excellent coach. So encouraging and positive and was on it in terms of managing the room. Front desk staff was super sweet!
Hello! Everyone is super great - thanks for being fun and the daily encouragement. :) I also really enjoyed the 90-minute class offerings this past month and it would be cool if those could continue to show up on the schedule from time to time, even if it's just a sporadic special event.
(The coaches already do this to some extent but I think my gymgoing peers need extra reminders - ) it would be super helpful if the coaches could help remind members to work to the right of their bench, and remind people to ask before taking weights off their neighbor's station. I get my "space" crowded and weights stolen (without asking) at least 2-3 times a week, and from many different people. It's not an isolated thing from just a couple people. I do often politely ask for the weights back but that messaging coming from the studio/staff would help reinforce the idea to be a polite workout neighbor and ask first. I think it would also help if there were more spare pairs of 12s and 20s on the extra weight rack in the back because those are the ones people take and they take them from their neighbor's station because there aren't any of that size on the spare racks. And when people take my 12s or 20s without asking, I don't have replacements of that size that I can grab from the spare racks. Maybe instead of each station having 8s AND 10s (or whatever the two smallest sizes are - I think it's 8s and 10s), they could have one or the other (alternate), and every station could have 12s AND 15s, instead of the 12s and 15s alternating? In my nonscientific opinion that I cannot back up with tangible evidence, 12s and 15s are used far more frequently than 8s or 10s.
Also, this is super minor, but would it be possible to get some tape and tape the number 7 (above the weight rack) back to the wall? It's been hangin' there all sad for months and it makes my eye twitch. Poor lil' 7.

Willing to give it another shot but, low energy coach, passive aggressive signs in the bathroom, overall I have never felt less welcome at an OT studio even though I love OT

Great staff!
Starts on time. I have a guaranteed spot and I get a good cardio workout. Can drive right up and park. Don’t have to add extra time to look for parking and take 5 mins to walk into the gym.
I like the way not only the coaches are so involved with your progress, but it’s the “hello ..by name” from the front desk each time I walk in! I love how clean and organized OTF is and the way the coaches are genuinely concerned on making sure exercises and forms are correct. 👍🏽

The workouts are amazing and the coaches keep the energy level high. They offer so many classes to fit anyone’s schedule.

It's way too expensive!!! I have left 3 times because of that. I have come back 3 times as well but it's always the same. I love it there but I can't afford it. Make it more accessible for those that truly want to be there
I like the monitoring of what needs to be done. I am not a self-starter in the gym so being told when to change, what to do, and how many reps helps my accountability. The tracker is just the cherry on the cake. I have very quickly become addicted to those splat points and staying in the orange/red zone.
Danielle is very encouraging and knowledgeable. She keeps the energy going and makes working out fun.

The process feels forced. If you come in for a introductory class, that doesn’t mean you want to sign up. The process kind of railroads you into it.
