I love everything about OTF but......... I feel like it should be two PT for each class so that one can focus on strength training and the other for cardio....... just so if some people need to know the correct technique there's someone their.

I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE WORKOUTS MOST DAYS. EVERY SESSION IS DIFFERENT AND THE TIME GOES BY SO FAST.
The workouts are always challenging but also the trainers are too. They seem to grow as you grow meaning they seem to know when you need that extra push or just some encouragement. It's just an all around motivating atmosphere!
It's fun! I don't have to think about what to do. It's an effective hour! The employees are always positive and welcoming!
It's a very non-intimidating atmosphere, with people of all shapes, sizes and ages.
Every class is different so you don't get bored with the same thing every time, and the music and overall team atmoshphere is REALLY great.
No two workouts are the same and it leaves me feeling energized every time!

The Guelph studio is very well managed and the staff is excellent.
The workout was great. I loved the energy of the coach. The only reason I didn't give a 10 was the at the music was all rap and I prefer a mix of pop, rock and even a bit of rap music. Mix it up - not everyone loves the rap music as much as this coach did. Overall though the studio is clean and the workout and workout delivery was great.
I love how all the workouts are different! It's nice to mix it up and basically get the benefit of a personal trainer who helps with your form and motivates you to work hard!
