One of the biggest potential triggers for my asthmatic condition in any workout is spiking my heart rate too quickly. Being able to see my heart rate and percentage of max heart rate at a glance gives me the immediate biofeedback I need to either ease off, or push myself to my personal limit with each workout.
Coaches first and foremost are fantastic. I love the music, the atmosphere, and that I can workout beside my friend and not feel like we are competing against each other. I am competing against myself, to be my best self. If you haven't tried OrangeTheory, I highly recommend you try the free first class. I tried so many types of gyms looking for my "right fit." OTF isn't just a gym, it's home. Push yourself to be your best!

It's always different and fun. It is a guided workout - love all the Coaches! Yet still feels independent which I really like. I feel the strongest I've ever been!
Loved the diversity of workout moves. April did a great job of making sure everyone knew what they needed to do for each portion of the workout as well.
First, it makes it easier when the workout it already drawn up for you. All you need to do is to show up and be ready to work! Second, there is a great variety between lifting weights and getting your cardio in on the treadmill. You never become too comfortable with the workout, which is a good thing. Your body is constantly being challenged, and quite frankly, you'll be surprised at what your body can handle.
