Love love loooooooove orange theory! Everyone at the Long Beach location is wonderful. I've spread the love and have a friend going in San Diego as well as dragging two friends with me in Long Beach.
- Better music! Most classes are like listening to the radio. Part of the soulcycle magic is the motivating music and themed music classes. If orange theory had the same great music the classes would be on fire! 🔥
-Some way to connect the Apple Watch to the program. I'll never buy the heart rate monitor since I have a Fitbit and an Apple Watch.
-The app is pretty slow
I like that the workouts are group oriented. It has a team feel to the workouts, making them more enjoyable to do. I also like all of the coaches I've had, they are motivating and fun instructors.
I love everything about the workout! It is full body and changes every day. It's a great all-around work out!
I like everything, what I like the most ?
That I am actually enjoying it!!!
I love the format and the coaches!
I was SO scared to try OT! I have never worked out, was feeling embarrassed about my weight gain, & the staff was so kind they instantly made me feel comfortable!
I have only been to this location but I cant imagine there being a better one out there.
It provides me with a structured work out and is a full body work out.
Class structure is very motivating. Class times allows for flexibility & studio is conveniently located.
I like that it's different every day. I feel continually challenged while being able to work at my own fitness level. The trainers are all positive and high-energy.
The variety and intensity.
Great environment, ability to make the workout as intense as you can handle, and exceptional support and attention from the coaches.
Great coaches. Fun and competitive environment. Perfect mix of cardio and weight training in an hour workout!
Keeps my body guessing as to what I will be doing, great cardio workout with weight training as well. Love the rowing :)
It's different every day
Full body and it's only 1 hour. The
The trainers make the difference - I've only trained with Andrew (6am Tues, Thurs), Kristy and Lisa and they are all fabulous!
Although you know you'll spend time on all 3 elements, you're never quite sure what you'll be doing so it keeps it interesting. One thing I would like to see more of is running on an incline - I seldom go to a class where we do that and I find it a really good exercise.
I hate working out, but this was exactly what I needed. It's fast, thorough and does not get boring. I am 70 and though I have to go a little slower than others, it provides a great workout. Gym is clean and smells clean. Staff is great. I feared I would look silly, but there were folks of all ages and I did not feel like I was out of place.
High intensity. Strength and cardio both are pushed to my own limits. Opportunity for modification if necessary. But really...INTENSITY!!
