The great atmosphere for pushing yourself- the trainer, music, and especially the high intensity workout style.
I like that it keeps me engaged since it isn't 60 minutes of the same thing and that there is intensity and pace to it.
I like that it incorporates my favorite workout, running.
I like that it is sort of a team environment because of the smaller size and the coach/trainer. I like this aspect because it is motivating, but at the same time you can also go at your own pace, so you don't feel held back by others and also don't feel like you are holding anyone else.
I like that the weight section has the workout on the monitor to help remind you of the move, proper form and number of reps.
Great instructors, it is a different workout every time, good music, you see your results on screen and I feel stronger, leaner.

It was just what I was looking for.
That I am being pushed and operate above my comfort zone... all while enjoy doing so. The culture, the people, the program and the trainers are what makes it great.
I like the coaching as well as the fact that the workout is planned and all I need to do it just work out...OTF takes the thinking out of it!
Matt is by far my FAVORITE coach. He makes the class fun, he's always checking on you for form and motivates you to push to burn more calories. If my schedule permits I always pick matt's class
I like that the workouts are always different. The 3G workouts are my favorite! Being on the dreadmill for 25+ minutes gets very old for me so I like the classes that keep changing it up.
Great routine. The instructor Kendrick is amazing. Good music and it's challenging.

I like the adjustability of how intense you can or little you want to workout depending on your fitness level or if you are injured. The trainers are almost always willing to push and motivate everyone to do their best. I just wish more people that attend don't treat it like social hour and truly push themselves. Its OK and EXPECTED that you sweat there!! Word hard!
The fact I burn so many calories and that we switch between activities.
It's only an hour. It's structure. Having someone telling/showing what you have to do. Time always goes extremely fast
I liked that it was changed up every 10 min. it kept me going knowing that I was not just going to run on a treadmill for an hour :)
