Great cross training and wonderful instructors!
The studio was unbearably hot and the rowers so close to one another it’s awkward to move when you have certain 3G exercises with the ball..etc
The instructors are very high energy
Focused workouts, good variety. Coaches could guide more on the strength floor though. I see myself and a lot of others doing things incorrectly.
I like how it includes strength training and cardio in one workout.

I love that everyday is different and challenging. The energy is contagious and pumps me up to work harder! I am the person that needs to be pushed so the heart rate monitor, other members and coaches do that for me! It's accountability and exhilarating at the same time!

I am able to make it a challenge. I feel like it is my workout with expert guidance from professional trainers. It’s a fun, friendly atmosphere with no judgement, just encouragement.

It’s transformed my body! Troy is so close to my house so it’s my favorite location but go to Birmingham bc of all the additional times , just a great place to take your fitness journey and goals to the next level.
Not a lot of class options/ times available. Need to schedule classes a month in advanced to be guaranteed a spot
I love the fact that the workouts are different every day so it keeps me from getting bored.
It’s a solid full body workout where all I have to do is show up bc I have amazing coaches and classmates to keep me motivated and the playlists are always great too!
The heart rate monitor screen pushes me to be more intense.

Classes go by quick and are effective.
Every workout covers all aspects of fitness. Cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance. Every workout is a new experience it never becomes routine or boring. The workouts will significantly improve your overall fitness level.
The workouts are amazing and the coaches are spot on with cues and modifications. I feel comfortable asking for help and know that the coaches are keeping an eye on my form as well as offering encouragement at every step.
The Playlist in my last class was the best one yet!
I really like the personality of the coaches, but the reason I join OTF over other gyms is the coaching during the workout. In my previous location in KC, the coaches interacted with you during the workout to make sure you were doing the exercises correctly, helped you with your form, acknowledged when you were making progress - if we're not getting coaching during the workout, how is OTF really any different than any other gym?
