The variety keeps me interested and it's a fantastic full body workout. The coaches push me to my limits; I still get sore even though I've been coming consistently for 3 years.

There is an instructor to guide you through the training. Everyone free to go at their pace, while working with others morivates you to push yourself.

What do you like about our workout?

Workouts are always different & very energetic. Coaches are all great...of course we have a handful that are off the charts amazing....Sam, Jessee, Eric, Rok....Jordan has made an amazing effort to improve & it shows....Daniel & Adam motivating people ( in my opinion) does not come naturally, feels to rehearsed.

What do you like about our workout?

I love coming to this studio when visiting my parents in Florida. The trainers are awesome, especially Madison. Yesterday was my first workout with her and her energy is infectious!

Also, Michelle at the front is always very kind and has a genuine smile on her face. I really appreciate feeling like a regular here even though it's not my home location.

OTF Cooper City will continue to be my preferred studio when visiting Florida.

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy the group setting, working out with other people. My first time doing this ever at a public gym, I had a little trouble keeping up, because I was unfamiliar with the exercises and the routine, but I really liked it. I also had a little trouble at first with the treadmill, only because I never used one before like that in a structured workout, but I started to catch on fairly quickly. I do not need to lose weight. If I lose any more weight, I'll be too skinny, but I do want to gain muscle and get stronger, exercising all the muscle groups in my body. I especially want to stabilize and strengthen the components and muscle groups supporting the shoulders, as I have dislocated my right shoulder many times, but I never had to have surgery. Thank you for allowing me to workout in one of your sessions.
