Your staff obviously love dogs. They are quick to greet my dog by name and say something nice..
I liked Dogtopia the staff was very friendly and the camera view when my pups are there is WONDERFUL.
The coaches and staff are amazing. My dog absolutely LOVES it! He gets so excited every time we pull in to the parking lot. Everyone on staff knows his name and welcomes him with enthusiasm. I truly feel comfortable and excited to leave my fur baby with them.
We feel confident our dogs are in good hands. They cannot run away, they have plenty of interaction and playtime. They are fed their own food and can take their own blankets. Plus we have two dogs and Dogtopia takes care of them.

Convenience, easy to book daycare, responsive staff, ability to see dog on camera, ability to book nail trim and other services easily, open long hours!
The convenience and that Mason gets the exercise he needs.
My dog was boarded for a week and did not receive a bath. She smelled awful and was constipated.

The facility is very clean and nice. The staff are wonderful! Our dog loves it there.

Only improvement I would love to see is an outdoor play area for the dogs.
I love how understanding the staff is with my baby boy Walter! He’s got a few quirks and they totally get that. He’s the apple of my eye so finding a daycare I feel comfortable dropping him off at is a big deal.
Plus the webcams give me so much peace of mind! Sometimes they go down or are a little laggy which is why I gave a 9/10 but make no mistake I recommend Dogtopia to every friend (and stranger)!
Winnie is always excited to spend time at Dogtopia. I love how transparent they are with video access, very clean, playtime special events, and most importantly, love dogs.

I love my dog and would never leave him with anyone who did not love him also. I have complete peace of mind when I drop Henry off with his friends at Dogtopia. In fact, he has such a great time that he sometimes does not want to leave!
I like the ease of scheduling boarding appointments on the app and being able to look in on my dog on the webcams.
Everyone is extremely nice and personable and remembers you and your dog. They are also very attentive to your dog's health and coat/skin condition.

Every dog is its own entity and is treated as such; as a client just as if not more important than the human counterpart. Your staff truly loves animals and it shows. They are trained but also I believe they were hand selected as employees because of their personal intuitiveness that can’t be taught.
The facility is fastidiously clean every second they are open. Questions are answered quickly and correctly. Problems are addressed quickly and for the good of the group.
