Friendly and my dog is taken good care
The team is loving and attentive to the pups in their care
All the staff are very friendly, staff knows the dogs, there's a live cam to check on the dogs, love the reports/updates on the dogs, staff keeps area clean (staff picks up or mops after the dogs go as soon as they spot it).
Grooming spa services are great!
I love that they greet my dog every time we walk in & Tally is immediately excited. It’s never a struggle to get her through the door. The special treat days are my (& Tally’s) favorite. I really enjoy that they send me photos whenever something fun happens!
Great staff.
My dog has gotten kennel cough twice in 6 weeks. I think you guys could do better with infection control policies. You could recommend dogs stay home for 2 weeks after their cough resolves before returning to doggy daycare. I also think you should notify pet guardians if there is something going around.
The facility is clean and safe. The staff is caring and engaged.
My dog loves it and loves Ashley she’s the best! And Michael they have beautiful people working there. Such a good attitudes and nice people that are amazing with dogs!
Excellent customer service!! The whole staff is very friendly. Our Hank absolutely loves going there! Also, the special days such as bacon bubble day is so awesome, and so fun! Dogtopia is the greatest!!!
Wide range of hours. Like that they stay indoors most of the time. Dog seems to be happy spending time there.

I can't recommend Dogtopia highly enough for anyone looking for outstanding care for their dog. As soon as Melo and I entered, we were welcomed by the friendly and professional staff who clearly adore dogs. The facility is clean, spacious, and packed with engaging toys and cozy spots for rest.
The staff's dedication is evident in their personalized approach, ensuring Melo receives attention that suits his playful nature. Despite the absence of an outdoor area, Dogtopia offers plenty of indoor space for Melo to run and play safely with his pals, all under attentive supervision.
Communication is excellent, with frequent updates and adorable photos sent directly to me, keeping me connected to Melo’s day. Their strict health and safety protocols give me complete peace of mind.
Melo always leaves Dogtopia happy and tired from a day full of fun and love. It’s clear he’s in the best hands here, and I'm so grateful to have found such a fantastic daycare for him!
I like that the associates care for my dog just as I would. It provides a safe place for my dog to run and play and use up his energy while I’m at work. The location is very convenient. I love the enrichment of arts/crafts, photo shoots, and special treat days.
The folks at check in are friendly and know me and my dog by name. I love that they send pics of him to show me what a great time he is having at daycare. They are receptive to feedback and really care about the work they do!

I love the staff, the immaculate facility and the fact that I can check in on my pup throughout the day on the web cams. Before coming to Dogtopia I took Xena to a couple of different doggie daycares but none of them were anything like Dogtopia. After driving all the way to Latham for over a year so she could go to the Latham Dogtopia I am so excited there is now a Dogtopia much closer to my home! I am even happier that a couple of the staff members from Latham that Xena and I are familiar with are now in Clifton Park as well!! I could go on for days really about all of the reasons I love this place!
They know my dog and it is fantastic!!! We are always greeted by happy and friendly staff who love seeing my dog, Lucky. They take very good care of him while he is there for doggy daycare and when we have to board him periodically.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, wonderful facility, very clean. The caretakers do a great job of recognizing and de-escalating issues before they happen, with simple redirection. Having webcams is very reassuring! My dogs needed the extra socialization and exercise but dog parks were not a great fit for us. Looking forward to many happy days ahead for my buddies!
The people. Desi, Jairo, Kavion et al are outstanding with the dogs. If it weren't for them, we probably wouldn't be members. Please take good care of your employees the same way they take good care of our dogs. thanks!
I would have liked to see the area my pup would be playing in but was told I wasn’t allowed to be in that part of the building. The facility and outdoor space seems a bit small. Reception area has a strong odor.
I love how genuinely happy the staff is to see my dog at drop off and pick up and their friendliness to us!
