All the staff were excellent and explained the process well for our first time using doggie daycare. We are moving out of the area and used their service to watch our dog while the movers packed
Knox hasn't been to Dogtopia for quite a while as I have been working from home since the pandemic started. We wanted to get him back to more active play with his doggie friends and so glad we re-introduced him to Dogtopia. It's like he didn't miss a beat and reacclimated very quickly! Thank you to the wonderful staff who takes such good care of all the furr babies.

Doggie daycare is not all licks and wags for the staff, but their love for the dogs shows when you watch them interact.
The team at Valley Forge is superb! They are friendly, love all dogs, and make sure pet parents are comfortable leaving their pets at daycare or boarding. After several months of not going daycare, Julie and her team remember my dog, things he went to daycare with, and made sure he was comfortable/ happy on his first day back. Overall, this team and location is the friendliest, most caring and dedicated.
Friendly staff, nice fun atmosphere. Oh, and my pup loved his first day at daycare! I only wish they had outdoor access for the dogs.
I can tell he is loved and happy when he comes home. Having the cameras available is an added bonus to peek in on my little guy.
Ollie gets so excited whenever he realizes where we are going- he forgets all of his manners and is beside himself with joy- which is an endorsement in itself! The employees are so friendly and obviously care about the pups! And I’m not sure what it is, but our little guy always smells so good when he leaves!

the staff that interacts with your dogs are properly trained , they know my dog and give me updates , they interact with the dogs , the dogs get different actives thru the week , even the day to day is well balanced between play and rest and social interaction .

Signing my dog up was easy, he enjoyed his time there, and I appreciate that they were able to squeeze in my last minute request for a nail trim.

I’m afraid I was totally turned off by the dog kennel smell of the waiting room. It reeked and seemed unclean. Then I thought the girl who did the Greet showed no interest at all in the dog. She talked to me and never tried to make my dog feel welcome. No connection there. Then when I observed the camera of the dogs playing I thought it seemed like a zoo. I saw dogs poop on the floor and tho it was picked up the floor didn’t get cleaned for a while. It just looked like an unsanitary place where a dog could easily pick up disease. Doggie day care is a great idea but I got bad vibes all around this one.
I like that the trainers know my dog on sight and remembered her even when she was out for 6 weeks. She really enjoys going there.
Friendly staff. When I watch the camera I see staff supervising dogs, cleaning up messes quickly and interacting with dogs.
