The people
Prices seem high compared to competitors, especially for boarding. When some workers are in the rooms with the dogs it seems like some dogs spend a lot of times in the crates and aren’t allowed to play much.
My dog loves going there. The handlers are very friendly and very good with all the dogs. They also provide fun activities each day for the dogs.

After boarding for a week my pup came home with a cough and had to be put on medication for an infection.
I understood that all dogs who visit there had to be given a vaccine for that sort of infection before being accepted to come

Brandy has been going to Dogtopia of Katy since they opened their doors! She absolutely loves her daycare days and is eagerly waiting at the door to hop in the car. She loves all the coaches, staff and her anxiety levels have come way down thanks to her days of play! Thank you to all at Dogtopia for loving my sweet Brandy.
The care and flexibility of the services are great. The one thing that would be nice is the ability to drop off or pick up for 1/2 day during the 12-2 time slot.

Very friendly staff, love that they come to the car to get my pup. Candy seems to be very happy to go with staff member which tells me she is happy there.
There was an issue with Candy’s cracked tooth from a week ago when she was there for an overnight. She got her teeth stuck in the bars of the crate and chipped her canine tooth. Your staff was great about following up to see how she is doing and even sent me a picture of the tooth after it happened. They even said they would put her in a different type of crate (no bars) when she visits the next time.
Candy will have the tooth removed within a few days at Lombard Veterinary Hospital. Today I should hear exactly which day. You have asked for a copy of the invoice and I will provide you with it within a few days.

My meet & greet with the staff an facility was great. Everyone was really nice and professional. I recommend them to anyone in the area.
Very clean facility and very knowledgeable staff. Was perfect for my 9 month old aussie to get some socialization and burn off some energy. We will return... glad that this option is available for me when I visit my daughter in Spring. Very convenient as she lives 5 minutes away.
I like that my dog has other dogs to play with and i can monitor him from work. I also like the spa services and daily activities.

Every employee I see at Dogtopia Purcellville is professional, friendly and totally aware of all details that apply to my 4 dogs; and they personally care more about them than many Veterinarians in the area. I always feel confident my dogs are in good hands when they are being cared for here.
