Staff at Dogtopia Clarksville are always courteous, friendly, and prompt!
The staff is fantastic; they are friendly and communicative and Jones loves them!
My co-workers and I LOVE watching the webcams! It's nice to be able to check in on her periodically throughout the day via the cameras.

I like the fact that the dogs can interact with each other and become socialized without being afraid And are closely watched to prevent any mishaps.
While we have been satisfied with services provided in the past, but the communication at this location is lacking and maybe even the staff training… The phonecall we received was not reassuring - it was actually distressing about an incident between our dog, a staff member and another camper. No warning about the news being delivered, nothing about how it was resolved. Only that our dig has an increasing issue of which we were never informed of. I am completely at a loss. We have lost trust in your ability to safely watch our dog and other dogs. My hope is that you are able to responsibly figure it out in our absence and no other animals or humans get hurt.

I like the part of your service where you help build behavioral modification program for clients based on their needs. I really see big improvement to my dog’s excitability during drop-off, which also helped improved her reaction when we visit unfamiliar places and establishments/parks.

Very convenient drop off and pick hours. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is explained early and concisely when you are signing up your pet for the first time. Dogtopia came highly recommended by two co-workers.
When checking the webcam my dog for the first hour seemed to be having fun but then was just walking around with her tail down a lot and other dogs bugging her were her tail was being tucked I’ve never seen her act like that before also when leaving I was told there was a $20 fee for her “free day” and when I asked on the phone about this who ever I talked to said they say was 100% free I wasn’t charged but still very out of pocket with no warning unfortunately she came home smelling like pee and now has an eye infection also is going potty in the house very unlike her I think she would be better off at an indoor outdoor place or just at home where she is comfortable. I rate this a 5 because someone who is okay with everything this place has to offer might like it but I don’t think it’s a good fit at all not to mention the staff was trying off the bat for me to sign her up for more days
I love the professionalism and the care that is put into taking care of our fur baby. She is so happy when she gets home and we love seeing Miss Daisy happy!
Dogtopia is definitely our doggie May’s happy place! Our grand fur baby, Patty loves it there too! The staff are delightful & always providing the pooches with fun & stimulating experiences. We feel so fortunate to have such a good quality daycare center for our girls🥰🐶🥰🐶
Today was my dog Toby's birthday! They made his day special. He got a pupcup, a toy on his way out and lots of happy birthdays. Also, a photo shoot.
I love getting photos from dogtopia of my dogs dressed up! Sunglasses, scarfs and all. My pups come home happy and are so excited to go next time.
Also, if I have concerns like I havent seen my dogs on the camera I send them a text and they tell me which room they are in so I can be that "helicopter dog mom." I love this place and they treat my dogs so well. I love that they redirect bad behavior.

Mars loves it here so much and the staff are always friendly. So easy to request daycare appointments and I love checking on him via the cameras. 10/10!
How the employees are very friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is the billing structure. I don’t like the weekly billing schedule. It may work for other clients, but not for me.

It’s a long drive for us but I enrolled my dog for the agility equipment. I have watched the webcam and have yet to see the equipment brought out and haven’t seen my dog approach the equipment that is always in the room.
My dog has separation anxiety when she is away from me. When I first brought tica to Dogtopia it was hard for her to be without me but then developed relationships with the workers and now she doesn’t have anxiety at Dogtopia. It’s her second home.

Convenience and location
The facilities are so clean and safe. The staff is so hands on and friendly. I appreciate how much is available to my dog ie. play, curriculum, meals, naps, baths, everything they may need to thrive! I love the energy there, it's just so fun and welcoming. I also love that my dogs got report cards and pictures at the end of their first day. SO cute!
Dogtopia on Haywood Road, Greenville, SC is under new ownership. I am thoroughly impressed with them. The gal who answered the phone today was very friendly, courteous, and upbeat. The owner came out to greet me and help take my dog out of my car. Such service and I am thankful they are taking over. Please don't think the previous owners were bad because they were good also - just ready to be done.
Our dog is always so excited to go to daycare. We can tell she is loved by everyone who works there.
Mike, Meg, and the entire team took great care of Addie and were extremely helpful and pleasant. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and fun place for their pup!
