Friendly and caring staff. Close to where I live. Indoor facility so I don’t have to worry about my dog overheating or sunburning.

Staff is great!
Sparky loves going to Dogtopia. He always greets the staff with a "doggy hug". I love being able to check in during the day by watching the cameras and seeing him play with his friends.
Today was actually Cosmos first day and he seemed to love it. All of the staff have been very helpful and friendly to us.
I know my dog is safe and well taken care of when she’s there for daycare and/or boarding. The staff is friendly and definitely about the dogs!
I also enjoy being able to have visibility of playrooms and outdoors! And most important, my dog loves it and comes home tired! The owner and staff are the best and we feel they are family!

Make the pricing clearer on the app. I reserved boarding on the app and it showed as daycare. The time also did not match.
I believe the assessment process is too frightening for a dog that requires time to warm up to people. Grawling doesn't mean or indicate aggressiveness. The dog grawls if he feels cornered or feels threatened. Specially there are multiple people assessing the dog.

Dogtopia staff is always very friendly and welcoming to us and our dog Archie. Scheduling for daycare and boarding is very efficient and everyone there is very caring!
Dogtopia is a great place to leave you dog for a day or for boarding overnight. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The place is clean. And our dog comes back tired but in good spirits and he is always excited to go back.
Nice facility with very nice amenities. Controlled environment with very professional and dog loving employees.
Staff is very nice to me, but you are short staffed and I’ve learned you turn Off the webcams when you are short staffed and put the dogs in the cages. When I arrived today at 9:45, no one greeted me for ten minutes and when I went looking for an attendant, the dogs were already in their cages and the webcams were off.
This is not acceptable and not what I pay you for!
I would like an immediate refund of my $90 paid this week, and asked for Chris to call me today at 10:00 am, and as of 3:30 I have not heard from hkm and heard there is only one attendant working today.

I like that my dog is loved and most of all that she is safe. It is also a good option if you need to board your dog when you’re away. My dog played in the day and slept at night. I love Dogtopia for my pup!
Just had the meet and greet. It went great and will be taking my pup back again.
I am new so hard to say 100 percent I would recommend. However, I will say that the facility is very clean and I love the web cams. My dogs seem to be having fun. The app does not work in terms of scheduling however. This needs to be fixed!

Lady working at the front desk the day I drop off my dog needs to be more professional, her face expressions were very rude. Proper customer service training should be implemented.

When a dog runs as fast as being on a leash will allow towards Dogtopia, I think it says more than I ever could. My dog loves it there and everyone that works there seems to enjoy being there and loves the dogs in their care.
The Staff and owner are hands on and love my fur baby as much as I do. Caring, professional, and loving.
I love that my dog is excited to arrive at Dogtopia and eager to greet staff. The staff are all welcoming and friendly and willing to have a few moments of dog talk.
I’ve also had my dog bathed/groomed at Dogtopia and he is feeling himself afterwards.
I've been a member for several years, and I can't say enough good things about Dogtopia Evanston. My dog has grown and improved in his socialization with other dogs (and humans)! We use the daycare multiple days a week, and have used the boarding services several times as well. The staff is incredible, and my dog is always excited to visit!
Discussed many times with the facility that my dogs spend more time in crates or in a room alone than with the other dogs. Problem still not being rectified to my satisfaction

Dogtopia is a great place to bring your furry family member. All staff treat the dogs as if they are their own. It's very clean and very welcoming.
I dropped my dog off for a 2 hour visit and her feet were covered in poop. Wiped her paws with a wipey, saw brown, and it smelled like poop. Disgusting.
