Lou has been going for more than a year and still gets SO excited to go. I do love that I can pop in on the cameras when I have a free moment at work to see Lou playing with friends or getting love from a Canine Coach. He loves to see everyone who works there and I love that they treat him like one of their own pets. The employees are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. I also enjoy the few minutes of interaction I get during drop off and pick up. It's just an overall welcoming environment.

Love the ease of drop off and pick up without a reservation. Love how everyone greets my dog and he loves to go there!
Just some suggestions: Bring back half day rates and have the “reassessment fee” be every six to 12 months not three months. And offer outdoor walks as an add on service.

Thorough, transparent, caring
We’ve been here a number of times due to the convenience of the location, however the staff are consistently rude and short with customers. They seem to have an attitude with most requests. I’ve been to dogtopia locations in other states and have not had this issue- I believe it is probably due to having a number of very young employees who don’t have customer service experience and/or experience with dogs. I politely asked the employees to not let my dog jump on them, because it is reinforcing the behavior when they allow it, and the employee immediately became defensive.
I feel my dogs are very well taken care of and sade.

The facility was unclean and the smell of urine was pungent as if there isn’t a regular cleaning schedule. I felt like I needed to bathe my dog after the meet and greet. Please put a consistent cleaning schedule together. The smell was overwhelming and a complete turn off.
I like that you notify us by email or text message and you’re always very happy and try to accommodate to groom my dog regardless how busy you are and that it’s always much appreciated
You got me in for my meet and greet very quickly and it was so easy to set up my next appointments. All the staff members were great to deal with.
We were not disappointed at all with the staff and facility. We did not realize however that there was no outdoor space for the dogs. Our dog would definitely have a hard time going to the bathroom inside the facility and we also didn’t like while watching the cameras that the pee is just mopped around. We also felt there just wasn’t a lot of stimulation for the dogs like toys etc. Again, nothing wrong with the facility because it works for others, but just is not right for our pet!

My dog loves to go there to see her doggy friends. And it’s great when I have an extra busy weekend to just be able to have her bored at a place. She knows the people. Highly recommend.
Danica and Nat truly went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable in leaving my dog Clover with them. As Clover is very anxious around new people and has separation anxiety, it was hard going into this new chapter. However, the staff made me feel confident in leaving her with them! Can’t wait for her to return for her first full day of day care on Tuesday!

I would give more options for pet owners. For example, for owners to have somewhere to keep their dogs depending on their schedule. I didnt like feeling pressured to enrol into an 8 week commitment when I am not sure id be able to bring my dog every week 1 time a week. Id prefer to sign an enrolment and pay when i decide to drop him for certain days as I go. It allows more flexibility as when you go to dogtopia you are encouraged to sign up and will be charged no matter what for 8 weeks
I was not sure what to expect- but nothing about this visit gave me warm happy vibes. The man dressed in black that was to do the "one on one" with Kaya had the personality and body language of a rock. To entrust you with my baby girl I would have felt a little more at ease had he 1)introduced himself 2) spoken to me, engaged with Kaya 3) shown some type of personality. Kaya had zero interest in going with him- he did NOTHING to engage and interact with her before he walked her away. 5 mi. After she is away from me I hear dogs barking/sounds of a fight. The front desk young lady took off running. That was all I needed- I felt zero comfort and trust Kaya was safe. I wanted this to be a good interaction but left completely disappointed.

The facility is beautiful and very clean. The people are very helpful and friendly. My dog enjoyed her day there and I know she will be well taken care of.
