Even though they can't always get back to me in a timely matter on the non-urgent cases, (urgent cases are always handled quickly) when I do have an appointment to review them, they are very thorough with the case review.
Ability to contact programer adn Having one person to deal with all cases . Also ability to modify according to Joint commission and Hospital policys.
Raintree is always prompt and able to help with the issues I am putting a case in on.

The software itself is great! Staff easily reachable. Only complaint is that the implementation process is overwhelming and not very end user friendly. Vocabulary between lead go live consultants and customer is not "lay person" friendly.
