I have been using RT for a very long time. Really like this program over several others I have used over the years and have recomended it to several office over the years. Staff is friendly and very supportive and have really help with this transition to the new version of RT.
Over the years of working with them communication has improved as has the program itself. The newer version would be great to use but my facility is financially staying with one it has and maybe in 2 year upgrade . But I have talked to others on 10.2 and 10.3 and they love upgrades.
We are able to get help with what ever we need.

I don't have much experience with Raintree yet but during the demo process I really liked that the reps were able to answer my questions promptly and confidently. They also were able to find product experts when they couldn't answer my questions.
