Everything is in one program. No need for other programs to deal with all aspects of business. The reps are all professional and there several ways to communicate questions to them. They also respond very quickly

Mary Hunsaker (Customer Support person assigned to us) has made all the difference in the world. Her knowledge and commitment to meet our needs / answer our questions is wonderful!

I like the Raintree Software and it's functionality. The system is very user friendly and efficient for our business needs. Our representative has worked closely with us during each phase of the implementation process.

The staff is pleasant and responsive to our many needs. We feel like Raintree is truly a patner with our company. The system is also a work in progress, continuing to improve. The system also keeps up with all the changes for our business for documentation and billing. We have a few bumps, but never a ravine.

Our CSR, Brendan, is wonderful. Charles Lee always gets back to us very quickly when we have a concern. Kathryn has been very helpful. And when we get to work with Amy, we are so happy! I love that the product is constantly being updated to fit the needs and concerns of clients. I also really like the user groups and ability to suggest additional things.
