The program is very user friendly and the staff have made any necessary changes in the program in an appropriate amount of time.

Very flexible system (at least the version we are on) and the representatives are very helpful.
The only reason for not giving a 10 is the lack of documentation of how to program in our version. But I continue to find addition documentation, but it has been a challenge.
