Dave has always been very open and seems to really care about making sure the customer gets what they need for their business. He is honest and will let you know if the product doesn't do what you are asking. He is more of a partner in your search than a salesman. This was so refreshing!

What do you like about our company and representatives?

Your representative assigned to my case was kind, courteous, so patient and knowledgeable. I felt that there was a lot of support and that he understood and catered to our needs/requests promptly and effectively. So far it's been very good team work with good follow-ups and great suggestions/recommendations brought to our attention.

I feel that Kathryn is a huge asset to your PT division. She truly understands trying to run a PT business. I had the opportunity to meet Michael yesterday from customer service, that was a pleasant experience as well. Shauna is my CSA and she is very caring and kind.

Very flexible system (at least the version we are on) and the representatives are very helpful.

The only reason for not giving a 10 is the lack of documentation of how to program in our version. But I continue to find addition documentation, but it has been a challenge.

The system has the ability to do anything we need. However it isn't very user friendly. It's not intuitive and I wish we could use it without the constant need for programmers and engineers.
