I have worked with Raintree in both my personal and business life for over 10 years. Raintree is like any company.. mine included... it has good things, bad things and great things. The leadership of the organization is very involved right down to the customer level. That takes more time to do that. But in the end.. the result is customer loyalty

Representatives have all been knowledgable, friendly and very quick to respond to my questions or concerns.

I have been very impressed by the level of organization. My project plan was very clearly laid out for me from the beginning with a definitive timeline and break down down of tasks. I like that I can quickly access teamwork pm to keep track of completed tasks, see what is due next and communicate with my implementation team,

I have been very pleased with the service I have received through Raintree so far!!

I've been with Raintree since July 1999. Frankie Mercer was my first training contact and I think I've had 4 or 5 since. They've all been very friendly and helpful at bridging the gap between medical biller (my side) and medical software technician (Raintree's side). Problems are handled in a fairly timely matter and passed around the Raintree experts until the problem is solved. I appreciate the changes Raintree has made over the years to keep our business current with the ever evolving healthcare industry.
