I've been with Raintree since July 1999. Frankie Mercer was my first training contact and I think I've had 4 or 5 since. They've all been very friendly and helpful at bridging the gap between medical biller (my side) and medical software technician (Raintree's side). Problems are handled in a fairly timely matter and passed around the Raintree experts until the problem is solved. I appreciate the changes Raintree has made over the years to keep our business current with the ever evolving healthcare industry.
