I think there is very strong engineering behind RT. I certainly don't understand it but it seems very good. I appreciate the user groups and the user conference that allows each of us to share ideas and many times those ideas are implemented. I have noticed in the past few months that response time in NetSuite has improved. I also think Kathryn is wonderful and works very hard to improve the therapy product.

The knowledge base is good. Reps are knowledgable and engineers are patient and helpful.
Very nice to desk with. Only thing that I think that needs improvement is the training. While the videos are very helpful I feel more hands on would be helpful.
I love how indepth the product is...billing features, documentation, fax/print mode, ability to use with PCs and Macs. The representatives are very knowledgeable and super friendly.
