What do you like about our company and representatives?

I think there is very strong engineering behind RT. I certainly don't understand it but it seems very good. I appreciate the user groups and the user conference that allows each of us to share ideas and many times those ideas are implemented. I have noticed in the past few months that response time in NetSuite has improved. I also think Kathryn is wonderful and works very hard to improve the therapy product.

Raintree Systems has an excellent Practice Mate system with the Appointment Scheduler. The functionality, reporting, features, and billing ledgers separate Raintree from its competitors. The customer service representatives have, in general, been very helpful, personable, and timely.

Very nice to desk with. Only thing that I think that needs improvement is the training. While the videos are very helpful I feel more hands on would be helpful.
