I've bought from and dealt with the service departments at Brownstown, Wixom and Birch Run. Birch Run hands down is clearly the best. The others drop the customer as a priority the day after you pick up your new rv. Not at Birch run. They bent over backwards to fix our issues as a walk in knowing we were leaving in an hour for our trip! Overall great team work! Thanks again, Steve

We had a smooth transaction from start to finish! We actually only went to look at one specific unit and ended up buying it! Darrell Lee was friendly and informative and not pushy which we really appreciated! The trade in process was seamless and Shana was very engaging and informative through the walkthrough of the new unit. The techs did a great job installing the new hitch and everyone was helpful! We had no problems traveling home the first time! Looking forward to our first camping trip in the new unit and experiencing all the new features!

I like Connie our service rep and Alan. They are friendly . Sometimes the billing could be better explained. I had to come back twice for a repair . When I first reported a problem with a black tank that was very difficult to pull and wouldn’t open or close the valve all the way they cable should have ordered right away. But I had to come back a second time because they didn’t order the part that was obviously needed. It was so gross

We live in Danbury, WI. All of our friends and family live in Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. We don't think they would be willing to drive six plus hours for service. Given we are retired, we enjoy the exceptional customer service and make a camping trip out of it. But if we knew someone close to the Huntley location, we absolutely would recommend it.

General Rv showed us hands down exceptional customer service Phyllis the finance manager was incredible Thomas in sales did a superb job in selling us our Rv and wasn’t pushy at all. He wanted to help us find an Rv that met our needs and he most certainly did that. Nolan did an amazing job at being very thorough in the demonstration and showing us how are Rv functioned but also really enjoyed answering our questions. The team as a whole at General Rv went above and beyond what they were expected to do in not only gaining a customer for life but also recommended friends and family to General RV for all there needs.

Dan Broat was the best, full of knowledge and very patient with the many many questions we asked. Chris in finance also very patient because the questions didn’t stop at his door 😳

Had an emergency problem and they jumped right on it and we were back on the road. I stopped at two other RV Dealerships, one said they were 3 weeks out and one said all were busy
General was only one that would help me. I do greatly appreciate their service as I was I was in a mess!
