I'll be able to make a better assessment of service dept after Oct. 4 when I bring camper in for a couple of small issues, and 1 big issue being found that black tank valve doesn't shut off. Found out on maiden voyage @ dump station when removing drain cap and got my shoes dumped on😵‍💫. So at this point I don't think you want to share my experience on line, although name would be ok

Very nice staff. No pressure to buy right away. My wife and I visited several times over the last two years figuring out which camper we wanted and the staff was ok with that.

We bought our RV in Boise, but had a mechanical problem and even though we didn’t buy our RV from General RV, they gave us great service. Jordon, the service representative took great care of us, and we were able to get back on the road to timely fashion

I had heard several negative issues about Gen RV from other owners but I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received from Lorie. I have e always gotten in right at the time if my apt and the work has been completed ahead of the scheduled time. She is great.
