Fantastic Service. No pressure sales at all. They took the time to listen to our needs. The delivery team was excellent as well. There went through every aspect of our new 5th wheel and ensured we looked at and understood every feature.
A WAY better experience than we received at Camping World when we bought our first RV. That was an absolutely horrific experience. Thank you General RV for making us believe that there are some reputable dealers out there that actually care about the customer!

Salesperson was great.
But when I picked it up the person who did the orientation was not.
Also it was only had a half tank of diesel.
Hot water heater needed work.
Has body damage I will have to deal with.

Everyone was very helpful, answered all our questions, gave us insight that was useful for first time owners. Everyone was great, had such a pleasant experience everytime we came.
Great service, feels like a family environment
Of All the other Dealers we have visited, General RV has by far won the race in friendly people and sales and each step along way there are few things missed but that’s man power issues that’s and check in proves way better then others but the items missed and then not explained or communicated back to us in updates. Could use some attention to detail. But it’s a work in progress and satisfying to part of the General RV Family now.
