The customer service is outstanding, the sales process was pretty smooth compared to other companies. I would recommend avoiding Mondayās as they are extremely busy and you could be waiting a while to sign papers or to see service.
The staff is awesomeā¦ couldnāt find any better people than what you have . Service was spot on. Thanks for a good experience!!
My service advisor Rose Palmisano is amazing. She was very helpful and kept me informed of the repair progress. My repair was completed using a ā keep you campingā appointment as i had lost the ability to charge the battery or invert power. (A show stopped in a battery powered class B). The ākeep you campingā program got us back on the road the same day!
Jeff Sumney went above and beyond for us. He took the time to show us multiple units and even let us take a peak into a unit that was in the garage for another customer. It gave the technician working on it a break and I took advantage of the opportunity. Being of an engineering background I appreciated the technicians comments about the unit (I don't know his name). All positive.
You don't find customer service like that very often these days.
All in all, a great first impression was had by my wife and me.

The staff in Birch Run are the best! Very polite and personable! Had ok service at other locations, but will travel 1 hour+ just for the service here at Birch Run! Tons to look at, no rush or pressure to buy, and felt like friends/family. One of the best General RV locations! Kevin and Jill are highly recommended!
