Everyone was very nice and informative The information was especially important to us because we are new to camping. I was a little disappointed with Cody long. I realize that he is a salesperson but he gave us the completely opposite information as Brolio and Curt. Cody told us that we can walk on the roof of our camper (brolio suggested that since my camper does not have a ladder then it is not recommended to walk on the roof). Cody also told us that you do not need to grease the bearings for 10 years but Curt indicated that it depends on how often you use the trailer but most people grease the bearings annually.
