They have a very knowledgeable sales team. They take the time to show you all the options and explain to you what the differences are. They have personal connections to many of the manufacturers, and they greet you at the door with a smile. We’ve purchased 3 RVs through them in the past two years and want to add two more this year. They strive to do what they can to meet our needs, and their service department is top-notch. It’s a long drive from Pittsburgh & Columbus, but it is worth the trip to the General RV Center.

Sales and finance were great. Walk around not so good. Service was awesome when we found an ac did not work. Tech stayed and replaced AC for us pass 5:00 when he was to go home. Guess Conner had to stay til we were done and very much showed he was not happy in several ways The MH was not clean when we got there. Wheels had not been cleaned nor inside. Still construction screws on floor. Broken AC vent in bedroom
and bathroom blind will not stay down. Plus chrome wheel cover was missing. Maybe if cleaned it would have been found.
It was a nice non-pressuring sales process with friendly staff. Pricing was fair and delivery was excellent. This is the best RV dealer I’ve ever dealt with.

we love that it is local and "most" of the people we have worked with have been pleasant and helpful. What I don't really like is that a couple people knew that we had just closed on our RV the day before and we had to call back with some questions and a young women was a bit difficult to work with to get our questions answered. We did talk to Michele and she ended up being very helpful and getting things done.
