My RV was delivered as promised. I had to wait for a house sale to purchase my rig. I put down a deposit that was fair to both parties. General RV held my unit for almost a month till I closed my house. It was delivered clean and Marine Corps inspection ready. Great job General. A special thanks to Management, Nat and Tom for keeping your promises to me. Overall experience was a solid 10. Cheyenne our sales young lady was a true professional. Even on her off days she answered questions etc. Thanks Miss Cheyenne for putting up with me. Tom the always professional Navy seal did our walk thru on delivery. Told me about every component. We had a few laughs as well. Go team!

The location

Dan Smiliey was very helpful from the time we brought our rv in and explained everything and answered our questions. When information was available he called and kept us updated. It would've been nice if our warranty had covered the repair Dan even tried to change their ruling but to no avail. We are now waiting to hear back that the repair is done and to come pick it up.

I was met as I drove in for my service appointment by Elisha. She then was very responsible about keeping me posted on how this appointment was proceeding.
I do think more signage is needed to direct customers bringing their RVs to their appropriate areas because these are often large rigs that can be tricky to maneuver if you end up headed to the wrong section of the lot.
