I like the straight forward sales process and the service department is top notch. We had one minor hiccup on delivery day and the sales manager when out of his way to make it right. All the stories you hear from other RV dealers about shady, high pressure sales, and deceptive practices at delivery don’t happen at General RV in Draper. I’ve bought two campers now from them and they have earned my business ten fold over.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. They treat you like family. Our first RV purchase experience went very smooth. I did not realize all the details that needed to be covered beforehand, but they guide us through the whole thing without a hitch ( no pun here as we did get a 5000 pound hitch included).

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. No hard pitch sales tactics. Sold me a great motorhome and didn't have to go through weeks of back and forth hassles. It really felt like I was dealing with someone I have known for a while.
