My Internet sales rep, Josh, was awesome through the entire process. There were several twists and turns along the way resulting in my declining my first deal due to hurricane related issues in Florida. After cooling down after a week or so, I reached out to Josh, who also hadn't given up, and together we were able to reach a great deal on a brand new '24 a few months later. Without Josh's enthusiasm and determination, I likely would have purchased elsewhere.
Checkout at Wixom was easy and thorough. Bill, also an RV owner, showed me how all systems worked in detail. I'm very comfortable to start using my new RV! Techs were also at hand to answer more complicated questions, add any accessories, and re-winterize the coach before departure. Parts department was well stocked and knowledgeable. I purchased a few items, for which I got a delivery day discount. I was pleasantly surprised to find the coach was filled with diesel, which got me on my way to Texas easily.
Most paperwork had been done ahead of time by the Business Manager, DJ. I gave DJ a hard time earlier in the process, as I don't mind negotiating. Extra protection option prices are negotiable, and there wasn't extra pressure to buy anything. Actually signing didn't take long, and I was on my way. I would recommend General, do your homework along the way, if they have the RV you want you should find the best pricing and good service there.

Rose, is my service writer she is an awesome person. She keeps me informed what’s going on with my rig. I know she has nothing to do with the pricing but I kind of believe for the work I had done. It was kind of overpricing. What can you do when you need it done

Well once I was assigned a different service advisor Christine who communicates and calls and lets me know what’s going on it was a wonderful experience prior to her with Tyra. It was the God awful experience each, and every time I came there, or tried to get a hold of her to get feedback and I got nothing.
Waited on one occasion for 2 1/2 weeks for her to get back to me but now that I have Christine it’s a very pleasant very nice experience coming there for service

Worked hard to get repairs done. Hold ups from factory to get product s. Once in they do a wonderful job on our Rv. Had some body work done and that came out perfect.
