While Dometic Inc initially stated they would produce the part requested they later retract themselves as the part was discontinued. General RV when the extra miles with researches and was abled to locate the requested part. Thanks to General RV, now we are able to travel and use our awning.

I recently visited and purchased an RV from general RV in Birch Run. Michigan, everybody was very attentive, polite and willing to go far and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and I got everything I was looking for in an RV. Definitely would buy my next one from there.

Friendly people,great selection of campers, but the service needs to be improved. I have had to wait as much as two weeks to get repairs done on my Allegro Bus. Also I had to replace the tires on the tag axel while I was on the road because the tread was gone they were bold at 19,360 mi. I was not happy having to pay over $2400 dollars for new tires to get home. I think the factory should stand this as these tires should last up 50,000 mi. They should aline the tag axel before it leaves the factory. When you pay over $530,000 for motor home you should not have to cover this kind of cost out of pocket. Your inventory was full. The sales person I dealt with was A1. Only issue I had was my appointment was at a certain time I arrived a hour early and it was 45 minutes after my appointment time to start the process. Sales, financial and service was great once the process got started.

Friendly and helpful
Adam and Chad both worked on the problem with me rig, they both went to bat for me with Keystone and came up with a remedy to fix the floor in our trailer. The rig is 2 years old and the sub floor in the bedroom was coming apart. These worked their butts off with Keystone to get them to agree to fix their sub par work.
