Our new unit delivery didn't go quite as smoothly as one would like, however the Ocala staff members handling our transaction really stepped up to get things done. Tom, Susan, Rick, and Paul were awesome to work with.
Suggestion....
The pre delivery process should involve someone who actually puts their eyes on every unit scheduled for delivery, and then confirms with the scheduling department that each unit scheduled, is indeed present, and ready for delivery. Would have saved us a 140 mile round trip for nothing.

It was nice experience. However the day we did walk through. We wrote down 4 things that needed fixed. Lights over dining and over couch. I was told it would be fixed. When RV was delivered these items.still Don t work? I notified my sales person.and he assured I would get a call black . haven't rec any call yet ? I will need these items addressed soon
