The sales and the insurance part was great. The bringing the trailer up, walk through and hitcjh install took 6 hours.. it appears that after the sale the dealership could care less about the customers time.

General RV is doing an excellent job of keeping distancing for their customers and employees. We are very grateful that they were classified as esential so they were open when they were desperately need by us. They worked very hard to get the air conditioners replaced on our coach. We would highly recommend them. Thank you to all the staff.

Everyone was very easy to work with making our purchase a fun time rather than stressful. Our salesperson, Brian, was very courteous and listened to our needs helping us find the perfect fifth wheel. The finance guy Carl was also very helpful and fun to work with. When we picked up the camper Ashley made sure we weee well taken care of and had everything we needed prior to our departure.

You are under new mgt. since the last time we swore we would never return; in 3 wks our MH wasn't touched. We left for summer in MI & had our work done @ Wayland General RV, MI.

We only returned because Wayland General RV told us you were under new mgt. We had wonderful service with Jim as our Service Mgr. All our required maintenance/repairs were done in a timely manner & Jim made ftequent calls to report progress. MH ready for pick-up when promised.
