We are happy to have a newer and more comfortable camper. I feel we got a fair deal on the camper and staff was friendly and helpful. A theater seat was damaged and as promised a replacement was ordered and received.
For consideration I have a couple of comments regarding the pre delivery preparation. Too little time was spent in the in the pre delivery part. We discovered on our trip the LP tanks were 10 years old and empty and could not be filled. We returned them and received a replacement when the existing ones leaked after an unsuccessful refill so just time and travel lost but I did ask on delivery if they were full. Our refrigerator was not winterized or checked. The inlet water filter valve and the one downstream both were cracked and leaked and we are too far away to return so are having the parts ordered and installed locally, an ongoing concern until fixed and checked.

Friendly staff

We had a little issue and I'm very happy to say they made it right and we are very pleased with the way they handled it. We were VERY impressed with their sales manager, Dave Lewandoski, who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and turned our frown upside down!! If it wasn't for Dave, we would've went elsewhere, so he truly saved us as not only customers - but HAPPY customers!! Also, we would like to say that Stephen in their finance department was AWESOME!! He takes his position seriously, does a great job following through with anything he says he's going to, and is super knowledgeable from finance to warranty information and any other questions we asked him, which was very impressive! Believe me, we threw a lot at him - not to mention he had to take our deal from a previous employee that did not care about his position or do his job well. Once Stephen got it, we knew we were in good hands and felt completely confident that he got us the best financing available! Anne Reddish was also great in communicating with us & answering any questions or finding out the answers or having the person who could answer them call us back. I never had to wait when I asked her anything - she was exceptional in responding!! And Travis, who did our walk around was excellent at his position as well and made sure all of our concerns and extra items we added that day were taken care of before we left.

Service associates were very cordial. They fixed things on a tight time frame, even though normal service activities normally take longer. We are very appreciative.

Very good mix of units at all price levels. Very helpful sales representative that listened to our wants and showed us the different models in stock. Very helpful financial representative. Showed us all of the options for financing and service plans. Very helpful service representative. Handled our small warranty issues and was able to get it all done in one day. Well stocked parts and accessories department.

From my recent experience at service with Tom to the sale of our camper with Mike litka, and of course financing with Todd. Those are the folks you want to see as the above mention. Of course you are greeted happily and with big smiles from the girls at the front desk. All the staff seems to be very knowledgeable and professional and courteous. Keep up the great work General RV. Oh my guy in service is taking very very good care of my 03 Road King, miss her but love our grand design imagine better, thank you again.
