From the moment we step through the door till today general RV has been very good to us. This was our first RV ever and they took a lot of time and effort to make sure we were comfortable before we left the lot with it. They’ve done several follow ups since we’ve been home to make sure everything is good with us and the RV. I would definitely recommend buying your RV from general.
I have to say that the service and friendliness has improved over the last couple of years. When we first bought our RV (2019) the service department was not great. I was very impressed with this visit and the service and attention the team showed.

I like the people and service at the Birch Run location. They are helpful and friendly.
In the Clarkston service department, Olivia listened to our warranty concerns and worked with the techs to get things fixed. Even when she knew things would not be covered by the manufacturer, she was straight with us as to the reasons why, even though she knew the claim would be rejected.
Even when things are not perfect, the Clarkston service department listened to our concerns, took notes, and expected to make corrections to processes to ensure better service for the next customers. Well done.
