Great products sold by a reputable company. Service is key! General RV Tampa takes the hassle out of making a purchase. Everything was done online before I left home. They do their best to make you feel taken care of. I'd like to thank Brian Parker, the shop foreman, for handling an intermittent trailer brake issue quickly. It allowed me to begin my long (12 hour) journey home with my new Travel Light Rove Light 14FD.

Customer service followed through after the sale! Great selection of RV’s. Great selection of aftermarket items!

Product availability

Top notch service from everyone we came in contact with during the buying process. Will definitely return to Nicole and the rest of the Tampa Center family when we are ready to upgrade our rig.

We had awning lights out, pulled it in & was serviced right away with no appointment on a Monday. When I have to make appointments it’s 2 months out.

The parts department allways has a good stock and display of parts and accessories as compared to the competitors in the area. The showroom and order desk exhibit professionalism and organization that is uncommon in most RV estabishments.

Mike in service is awesome. Brought my Ekko in for recalls. They were taken care of in a friendly timely manner as were other things I didn’t know about. He was also able to squeeze an oil change in. I was very grateful and happy

I like the friendly staff at general rv. They are always helpful in parts and give great recommendations. Sometimes however a little more knowledge on things wouldn’t hurt, but they are never afraid to ask for a second opinion on a topic
