Got our trailer in same day for a leak from the window. Got it fixed so e we could leave for a big trip to the upper peninsula. Very good about keeping us informed on the progress of the repair while we waited.

Friendly staff. This is our second camper purchased from General RV, a Grand Design Reflection 260RD. My wife and I are both excited about this purchase and are looking forward to using it. Last October at a Show in Novi, Mi. I signed a purchase Agreement with a $2000 deposit. A couple of days later I was on an indefinite layoff. General RV was kind enough to cancel the purchase with a full refund. Again we are excited to be back! Keep up the good work guys!
