Integer terrific people

Dan from service and parts has better customer service than anyone I’ve met he was quick responding and got the piece I needed which was a trim piece so not an easy find. Then the piece was too big for a standard truck so he found one of his coworkers to bring it to Brownstown on their truck when bringing something else to save me freight cost. I will always look for Dan when I am in need of something from general rv thanks

Very friendly. If RV is purchased there you get serviced more quickly for problems then others who purchased elsewhere.

I have always gotten great service from your repair department. My trailer has always been returned when promised sometimes early. My Service Advisor Jillian always keeps me informed along the way. I get the same professional quality from everyone at General RV Brownstown. Yes I do HIGHLY recommend this Location!! I have dealt with other Michigan locations and I can see why people do not care for them, but give BROWNSTOWN a try you WILL be impressed!!! Servicing was easy

When I called, I was able to get a timely appointment. I first spoke with Julie, who took my information and kept me up to date on my request. When I brought in my motor coach for a water heater issue, Avery met with me. He too kept me updated while I was in the waiting room. I would especially like to thank Kyle as he “figured out” how to work my water heater. Kyle along with Chris were very knowledgeable with the water heater. Kyle walked me through the process of working my water before I left - I so appreciated that!

I will be coming to General RV for all my motor coach needs.

My temporary service advisor has to be extremely new. He had no idea that when someone says to put blocks under the 5th wheel legs, that they don't go under the king pin. Not exaggerating, when the hi-lo driver was setting my 5th wheel down he placed the blocks under the king pin and than stated with quite the blank look on his face when the coach never sat down and touched the blocks. I asked him once again to just kindly move on over and I'll take care of my own coach. Hi-lo driver, 5 star service and attitude. Got coach back up ( while laughing just as confused as I was ) and I grabbed my own blocks and set the coach legs down on them. Reat of service experience has been fantastic like always!

I like that the team took time to get us to the exact rig we needed. Then finance went above and beyond to get us approved a the best rate possible. And the delivery team accommodated us and our on-site punch list before we left the lot. Then to be invited back after 6 mos got a check up is mind blowing. If general rv was a get your money and get you out the door they would have never invited us back. The quality of the product and the care the team took of us was not what the general perception of an RV dealer is.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. It’s been almost a year now since we purchased, and still get treated the same as we did when we first purchased. I can call my salesman with a question, and he gets back to me very soon.

Matthew Domson. He was always helpful for service but has been tremendous while working with me on two insurance claims. I can’t thank him enough for his patience dealing with a third party appraiser and my insurance agent. He is an excellent client facing representative for your company and should be recognized.

Nice place to look for campers my salesmen was a good guy help me out to find the right camper.

My salesperson, Gus was very helpful in helping me decide on which motorhome would best fill my needs. After the sale and delivery, when I came to him with a slight problem with my rv, he jumped right into action and got me immediate help and the problem was quickly resolved.

I hope to deal with Gus, again someday.
